Vice President, Corporate Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Corporate Executive Program to lead the design and rollout of a corporate executive-focused wealth planning platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable executive wealth planning offering
• Lead execution of high-margin revenue strategies targeting corporate executives
• Train and equip advisors to win and serve executive clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in wealth management, particularly with HNW/UHNW clients
• Expertise in equity compensation, concentrated stock strategies, and tax-aware financial planning
• Proven ability to build and scale new business lines or specialty offerings
• FINRA licenses (Series 7/63/65/66) or willingness to obtain, if applicable
