Job Summary

Leading the growth of the Customer Experience Technology practice, the full-time remote Vice President, Customer Experience Technology will shape market offerings, strengthen partner alignment, and position the organization as a trusted transformation partner for clients modernizing their customer service and CX capabilities.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the strategy and growth plan for the CET practice, focusing on offerings, target industries, and revenue priorities
  • Collaborate with sellers and go-to-market teams to enhance client messaging and support strategic sales pursuits
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key technology partners within the CX ecosystem
Required qualifications
  • 15-20+ years of leadership experience in technology-enabled services or digital transformation environments
  • Proven track record of scaling technology-enabled businesses with accountability for growth and P&L performance
  • Strong understanding of customer experience technology, including platforms like Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce
  • Experience in enterprise consulting or business transformation with Fortune 500 clients preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
