Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Customer Lifecycle Experience & Governance (CLEG) to lead strategic initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and evolve the CLEG methodology across all customer lifecycle phases
  • Drive measurable outcomes by increasing SaaS renewal rates and generating new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
  • Chair the CLEG Governance Council and ensure alignment across various internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS program management or customer lifecycle leadership
  • Proven record of driving renewal and ARR growth through customer success initiatives
  • Expertise in value realization and executive stakeholder engagement
  • Strong operational command of Salesforce, Gainsight, and Clari or similar tools
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven execution style
