Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Customer Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage multiple customer accounts
  • Develop and deliver business plans, including investment cases
  • Act as the primary point of coordination between local and corporate resources
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years in business development or pre-sales in B2G or B2B2C environments
  • Experience leading teams directly or through matrix management structures
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, particularly within the B2G sector
  • P&L ownership or relevant financial exposure within the last 5 years
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
