Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Customer Relationship Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage multiple customer accounts
- Develop and deliver business plans, including investment cases
- Act as the primary point of coordination between local and corporate resources
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in business development or pre-sales in B2G or B2B2C environments
- Experience leading teams directly or through matrix management structures
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, particularly within the B2G sector
- P&L ownership or relevant financial exposure within the last 5 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
