Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Data & Analytics to lead enterprise-wide data capabilities and drive transformation into a data-powered organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the enterprise data strategy aligned with company goals
• Lead and mentor high-performing teams across data engineering, machine learning, data science, and analytics
• Oversee the architecture and operation of modern, scalable data platforms and AI/ML solutions

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, data science, or ML/AI, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
• Proven success in building and scaling modern cloud-based data platforms
• Deep expertise in data architecture, distributed systems, and advanced analytics
• Experience in driving strategic decision-making with executives and cross-functional teams
• Track record of owning enterprise data strategies and delivering measurable business impact
