Job Summary

Driving strategic initiatives, the fully remote Vice President Delivery Lead will oversee the delivery organization, manage P&L responsibilities, and foster client relationships while leading a global team to achieve ambitious goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define the practice roadmap and set ambitious goals to guide the team
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities in collaboration with the sales team
• Lead and develop talent across multiple regions, ensuring operational excellence and project delivery

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant leadership experience in consulting or professional services
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong executive presence with a natural sales instinct
• Deep credibility within the Oracle and enterprise applications community
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
