Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the energy sector, focusing on energy advisory services or project delivery
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in delivering technical and advisory solutions
• Track record of developing and standardizing project delivery processes in a client-facing environment
• Deep understanding of distributed energy resources and clean energy technologies
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with a commitment to operational excellence
