Vice President Energy Finance Advisory

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President - Integrated Energy Infrastructure Finance & Advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate financial advisory with distributed energy expertise to develop comprehensive, client-centric solutions
• Advise institutional investors and asset owners on optimizing ownership, financing, and sustainability for energy infrastructure
• Lead business cases to assess the impact of energy infrastructure on real estate value and deal structures

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in energy and infrastructure finance or distributed energy project advisory
• Experience working across multi-site or multi-asset portfolios
• Understanding of the convergence of energy, real estate, and infrastructure
• Exceptional relationship management and strategic problem-solving abilities
• Series 50/54 Municipal Advisor licenses are valued; experience in data centers or advanced manufacturing is a plus
