Vice President, Epic Optimization
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution for optimizing clients' Epic electronic health record platform, the full-time Vice President, Epic Optimization will manage cross-functional teams, drive transformation initiatives, and partner with client executives to enhance operational, clinical, and financial performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the Epic optimization strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with client goals
- Oversee design, build, testing, and deployment of Epic enhancements and new module implementations
- Serve as the executive point of contact for clients on Epic optimization and transformation matters
Required qualifications
- BS in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required; MBA, MHA, or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
- 10+ years in healthcare IT leadership roles with significant experience in Epic implementation or optimization
- Epic certification(s) or proficiency in one or more Epic applications strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale Epic optimization initiatives with measurable results
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations and clinical workflows related to Epic configuration
