Job Summary

Leading FHA foreclosure execution, the full-time remote Vice President FHA Foreclosure Compliance will manage milestone adherence, ensure compliance with HUD regulatory timelines, and oversee operational teams throughout the foreclosure lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

Own FHA First Legal timeline adherence to meet HUD-required initiation timeframes
Lead Reasonable Diligence execution, ensuring timely and compliant borrower actions
Oversee operational teams managing FHA foreclosure milestones from First Legal through sale scheduling

Required qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 7 years of default servicing experience with expertise in default administration and compliance guidelines
Minimum of 7 years of management experience
Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage banking and federal/state foreclosure laws
Proficiency with state e-filing systems and legal research tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
