Vice President Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance in Washington, D.C. or remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic processes
• Manage monthly and annual close processes, financial reporting, and audits
• Mentor staff, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and drive process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience in a SaaS company
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred
• Experience as a Director of Finance, Controller, or VP of Finance
• Ability to make sound judgments with significant financial impact
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple work streams and stakeholders
