Job Summary

Serving as the primary program leader for an enterprise-scale furniture program, the full-time remote Vice President, Furniture Program will manage vendor performance, oversee program governance, and lead a dedicated team to ensure compliance and optimization across client portfolios.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day program governance and serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding all furniture program activities
  • Manage vendor performance through scorecards, corrective action processes, and quarterly business reviews, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
  • Provide strategic advisory support on furniture product selection, procurement processes, and cost-saving opportunities based on program data
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field
  • 8-15 years of experience in furniture program management or corporate furniture procurement
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-scale furniture programs for large institutional clients or Fortune 500 companies
  • Proven background in vendor performance management and compliance auditing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex bid responses and model cost savings scenarios
