Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, General Partner (BioPharma) to drive strategic direction and growth in partnership accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and cultivate high-level relationships with biopharmaceutical customers to enhance loyalty and engagement
  • Lead account ownership efforts to achieve financial and operational goals while expanding commercial presence
  • Develop growth strategies and innovative solutions to address customer challenges and drive account expansion
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in sales or general management within the CRO, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and managing global accounts
  • In-depth knowledge of the CRO industry, clinical trial processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build high-performing teams and influence stakeholders
