A company is looking for a VP, General Partner (BioPharma) to oversee strategic partnerships and drive commercial growth in the biopharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with high-level clients and stakeholders
  • Drive account ownership and ensure achievement of operational, financial, and commercial goals
  • Develop growth strategies and innovative commercial solutions to address client needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in sales or general management in the CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device industries
  • Proven sales history with global responsibility and account management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the CRO industry and clinical trial processes
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build high-performing teams
