Vice President, Governance, Risk, Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

Key Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction of the GRC organization and align with key Cyber partner organizations
• Transform the maturity of existing functions, including ownership of the risk management lifecycle
• Direct cross-business engagement and manage outsourced services for operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in a leadership role within cybersecurity disciplines, including governance, risk, and compliance
• Experience leading external audits and regulatory reviews across complex business workflows
• Proven track record in creating governance policies and compliance programs
• Expert knowledge of risk frameworks and industry-specific regulations
• Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field; Master's Degree is preferred
