Job Summary
Driving strategic growth across national and regional health plans, the full-time remote Vice President Health Plan Sales will lead new business acquisition and expand health plan relationships while developing go-to-market strategies for Medicare Advantage, Commercial, Medicaid, and emerging health plan opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Own new health plan bookings and revenue targets while developing and executing growth strategies across various health plan segments
- Establish and expand executive relationships with key stakeholders, serving as an executive sponsor for strategic opportunities and leading complex sales cycles
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment around strategic priorities and account plans, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred
- 12-15+ years of healthcare sales experience with 8+ years selling into health plans
- Demonstrated success in selling enterprise healthcare solutions and exceeding quota
- Existing executive relationships across payer organizations
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
