Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead global HR initiatives for the Business Analytics, Technology and Product group.
Key Responsibilities
- Align HR strategies with business objectives and provide counsel on organizational design and workforce planning
- Oversee talent acquisition and develop leadership development programs to enhance employee engagement
- Lead HR projects to ensure operational excellence and compliance with labor laws
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years as a senior HRBP in a technology organization
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred
- Experience advising executive leaders and influencing business strategy in fast-paced environments
- Global HR experience, including multi-country employee relations and workforce practices
- HR certification (SPHR, SHRM SCP) preferred
