Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead global HR initiatives for the Business Analytics, Technology and Product group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align HR strategies with business objectives and provide counsel on organizational design and workforce planning
  • Oversee talent acquisition and develop leadership development programs to enhance employee engagement
  • Lead HR projects to ensure operational excellence and compliance with labor laws
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years as a senior HRBP in a technology organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred
  • Experience advising executive leaders and influencing business strategy in fast-paced environments
  • Global HR experience, including multi-country employee relations and workforce practices
  • HR certification (SPHR, SHRM SCP) preferred
