A company is looking for a Vice President of M & A Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for successful integration of mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
• Set and lead integration strategies in alignment with organizational objectives and risk management
• Establish and oversee the integration management office, ensuring accountability across business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a comparable discipline
• 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or corporate development
• Experience leading enterprise-scale integrations with significant financial impact
• 5+ years of direct team leadership experience
• Experience presenting to executive leadership teams and Boards of Directors
