Vice President, Investor Relations

Job Summary

Leading the investor relations function for a public company, the full-time remote Vice President, Investor Relations will own the development of the equity story, engage with investors and analysts, and collaborate closely with the CEO and CFO to communicate the company's long-term value creation opportunity.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and refine the investor relations strategy and equity story in partnership with executive leadership
• Serve as the primary external representative to articulate the company's strategy and financial performance to investors
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective investors, focusing on healthcare specialists and institutional shareholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA and/or CFA preferred
• 12+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, equity research, or corporate finance
• Significant public company investor relations experience, preferably as a senior leader
• Direct experience in healthcare or related fields is strongly preferred
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
