Vice President IT Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President IT Infrastructure & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop the enterprise infrastructure and cloud strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Lead day-to-day IT operations, ensuring high availability and performance of mission-critical systems
• Implement ITIL-aligned processes and drive IT service management transformation across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience in leading large-scale legacy-to-cloud migrations and managing hybrid environments
• Demonstrated success in implementing ITIL processes in a high-availability environment
• Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred
