Vice President, Legal
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Vice President, Legal, this role will manage healthcare regulatory and commercial matters, negotiate agreements, and provide legal guidance to support a rapidly growing AI-enabled diagnostic imaging company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements with hospitals, health systems, and technology partners
- Advise on healthcare regulatory matters including Anti-Kickback, Stark Law, and HIPAA compliance
- Develop scalable legal processes and manage outside counsel for specialized expertise
Required Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar
- 12+ years of relevant legal experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries
- Strong experience with healthcare regulatory compliance and commercial contracting
- Experience working with healthcare providers or technology companies is highly desirable
- Broad legal judgment with the ability to handle various corporate and compliance matters
