Vice President, Lifecycle Leader

Job Summary

Leading the company's Program and Portfolio Lifecycle Leadership function, the full-time remote Vice President, Lifecycle Leader will define and execute integrated development and commercialization strategies for autoimmune CAR-T programs, ensuring alignment across various functions and driving key development milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the executive lifecycle lead for future indications, overseeing integrated asset strategy and program execution
• Establish best-in-class lifecycle governance and decision frameworks while partnering with executive leadership on portfolio prioritization
• Provide strategic oversight and mentorship to Lifecycle Leaders, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and development goals

Required qualifications

• PhD, MD, PharmD, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical drug development, with significant leadership in clinical-stage programs
• Demonstrated success in leading complex global development programs from early development through regulatory filings
• Experience as a program or lifecycle leader for a major therapeutic asset is required
• Strong expertise in autoimmune disease, immunology, cell therapy, or related therapeutic areas preferred
