Vice President, Management Consultancy

Job Summary

Leading the AMBA Maintenance Advisory Practice, the full-time Vice President, Management Consultancy will develop strategic consulting services, manage client relationships, and guide project teams to enhance maintenance programs across various infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities and lead strategic consulting services for Maintenance Advisory, supporting growth and market positioning
• Originate, sell, and deliver Maintenance Advisory work while providing executive-level strategic advice on maintenance trends and methodologies
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to produce high-quality deliverables, including maintenance assessments and asset management plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or Systems Engineering or a closely related discipline
• 10+ years of relevant post-education experience, with a minimum of 8 years managing maintenance teams in asset-intensive organizations
• Proven track record in running heavy maintenance operations and implementing maintenance strategies in multi-million dollar organizations
• Experience developing and overseeing condition-based or reliability-centered maintenance programs in infrastructure sectors
• Strong analytical skills with a background in asset performance data and lifecycle cost analysis
