Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement market access strategies aligned with brand goals
• Build and lead teams responsible for market access strategy and execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in the biotech/pharma industry
• Experience managing market access teams and commercial functions
• Prior leadership experience in a 'player-coach' role
• Proven analytical and abstract reasoning skills
