Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Medicaid Fiscal Agent Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for end-to-end fiscal agent operations, including claims processing and compliance
• Lead the centralization and standardization of operations across state and federal programs
• Establish operational governance and maintain performance metrics to ensure compliance and risk management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum of six years of relevant professional experience)
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Medicaid operations or federal healthcare operations
• Experience leading complex, multi-program operations and standardizing delivery models
• Strong background in managing vendors and partners in regulated environments
• Proven ability to engage effectively with state and federal government stakeholders
