Vice President Medical Director

Job Summary

Providing strategic medical guidance, the full-time remote Vice President Medical Director will lead client interactions, mentor junior team members, and ensure high-quality execution of scientific content across multiple accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead medically related client interactions and provide strategic guidance on assigned accounts
• Mentor junior team members and participate in new business pitches as needed
• Develop and execute thought leadership while maintaining high standards of scientific content quality

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred (PhD, MS, PharmD, or equivalent)
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in medical strategy and content development in pharmaceutical advertising
• 5+ years of experience in medical strategy for creative promotional work
• Substantial experience in driving medical affairs and peer-to-peer initiatives
• Familiarity with AI tools or enthusiasm for incorporating AI into workflows
