Vice President Medicare Stars

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of Medicare Advantage quality programs, the remote Vice President Medicare Stars will ensure the organization achieves and sustains 4.0+ Star ratings and strong HEDIS outcomes while managing cross-functional collaboration and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine an enterprise-wide Stars and HEDIS strategy to achieve 4.0+ CMS Star ratings
• Oversee Stars and HEDIS performance outcomes, KPIs, and reporting to executive leadership and the Board
• Strengthen provider partnerships and lead cross-functional engagement to align quality initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including Medicare Advantage and value-based care
• Deep expertise in CMS Medicare Advantage Star Ratings methodology and operations
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide quality or Stars improvement initiatives
• Strong financial and analytical acumen with a proven impact on revenue or quality outcomes
