A company is looking for a Vice President, Military Recruitment, Readiness & Defense Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with senior Department of Defense officials and military leaders
• Lead revenue growth initiatives for military recruitment and readiness efforts
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert on military recruitment and provide insights to enhance client engagements

Required Qualifications

• Senior experience with the Department of Defense or defense-related recruitment programs
• Proven success in federal or state government business development, particularly in marketing or recruitment
• Strong understanding of paid media and integrated marketing campaigns
• Established reputation and network within military and government communities
• Veteran or retired military leader strongly preferred
