Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President - Network Operations Centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a 24/7 global NOC ensuring 99.99% service availability across various platforms
• Manage Level 1 operations and establish effective engagement and escalation models with engineering teams
• Oversee incident escalation, ensuring critical response targets are met and maintaining high customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of senior NOC leadership experience with accountability for uptime and customer satisfaction
• Proven experience in owning strict contractual KPIs related to service availability and incident response
• Strong track record in managing teams and operational processes for continuous improvement
• Experience in major incident management and ITIL-aligned service operations
• Background in telecoms or related platforms, with experience in audit-facing operations
