Job Summary
To drive client success and organic growth, the full-time remote Associate Vice President of Account Development will manage account activities, develop strategic relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with overall growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify growth opportunities through client relationships and market intelligence
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key client executives to promote account growth
- Lead contract renewal negotiations and oversee RFP/RFI strategy and execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 12+ years of relevant experience in account management or business development
- Proven track record of account growth and retention, particularly in healthcare
- Experience working with large, self-insured employers is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools
