Job Summary

To drive client growth and retention strategies, the full-time remote Associate Vice President of Account Development will manage account activities, foster strategic relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organic growth and client success goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities through client relationships, data analytics, and market intelligence
  • Develop and maintain influential relationships with client contacts and stakeholders to accelerate account growth
  • Lead the contract renewal and negotiation process to maximize client loyalty and growth targets
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in account management, client management, or business development
  • Proven track record of account growth and retention, particularly in healthcare with large, self-insured employers
  • Experience cultivating relationships with executive management teams
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and data analytics tools
