Job Summary
To drive client growth and retention strategies, the full-time remote Associate Vice President of Account Development will manage account activities, foster strategic relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organic growth and client success goals.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify growth opportunities through client relationships, data analytics, and market intelligence
- Develop and maintain influential relationships with client contacts and stakeholders to accelerate account growth
- Lead the contract renewal and negotiation process to maximize client loyalty and growth targets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 12+ years of relevant experience in account management, client management, or business development
- Proven track record of account growth and retention, particularly in healthcare with large, self-insured employers
- Experience cultivating relationships with executive management teams
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and data analytics tools
