Vice President of Account Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a scalable Account Management and Renewal playbook
• Own renewal and retention targets while managing account health and forecasting
• Provide hands-on coaching and support to Account Managers and ISRs

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or Renewal leadership roles
• Proven success in retention and expansion in healthcare or cybersecurity services
• Experience managing teams of at least 8-10 people
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong operational and analytical skills with expertise in forecasting and reporting
