Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President (VP) of Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and act as the primary point of contact for escalations
• Develop and execute account management strategies that align with organizational goals and identify upselling opportunities
• Lead and mentor the account management team while establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance evaluation
