Job Summary

- Define and implement the global Enterprise Account Management vision and strategy
- Lead and manage a high-performing Account Management leadership team
- Establish a global performance management system to drive accountability and data-informed decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in account management and/or customer success with a proven leadership track record
- Experience in leveraging data for decision-making, including forecasting and segmentation
- Strong quota-carrying experience in SaaS with direct revenue responsibility
- Proven success in leading global teams and managing diverse stakeholders
