Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the global Enterprise Account Management vision and strategy
  • Lead and manage a high-performing Account Management leadership team
  • Establish a global performance management system to drive accountability and data-informed decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in account management and/or customer success with a proven leadership track record
  • Experience in leveraging data for decision-making, including forecasting and segmentation
  • Strong quota-carrying experience in SaaS with direct revenue responsibility
  • Proven success in leading global teams and managing diverse stakeholders
  • Commitment to fostering a customer-centric culture and achieving results
