Job Summary
Driving the vision for global retention and expansion, the remote Vice President of Account Management will design and execute high-impact strategies across North America and EMEA, ensuring sustainable growth and customer satisfaction through effective leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and own the global Enterprise Account Management vision and strategy to drive sustainable growth through retention and expansion
- Lead a high-performing Account Management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
- Establish and operationalize a global performance management system to drive predictability and accountability across the organization
Required qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in account management and/or customer success with a strong leadership track record
- Proven experience in leveraging data for decision-making, including forecasting and segmentation
- Strong quota-carrying experience in SaaS with direct responsibility for revenue targets
- Experience leading global teams and managing diverse stakeholders
- Commitment to results, accountability, and fostering a customer-centric culture
