Job Summary

Leading the strategy and performance of the Account Management organization, the full-time Vice President of Account Management will manage three teams to drive net revenue retention, expansion, and renewals while fostering a culture of curiosity and accountability in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Directly manage three Account Manager teams, setting the organizational vision and team culture
  • Own revenue outcomes by meeting retention, expansion, and renewal targets for the full customer portfolio
  • Build and refine operational processes, methodologies, and playbooks to enhance team performance and customer experience
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, with at least 5+ years in a management role
  • Proven track record of achieving net revenue retention and expansion targets in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience leading multi-team Account Management or Customer Success organizations in a high-growth SaaS company
  • Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret retention and expansion dashboards
