Job Summary
To build and scale the Account Management function, the remote full-time Vice President of Account Management will lead a team of Account Directors, establish effective processes, and drive revenue growth through strategic client partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement the Account Management operating model, including frameworks for account segmentation and client engagement
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Directors while fostering a culture focused on client success and operational excellence
- Own account expansion targets, identifying opportunities for growth and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client relationships
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or related client-facing roles
- Proven experience leading and developing Account Management or Client Success teams
- Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-level client relationships and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of account planning, client retention strategies, and executive relationship management
- Experience in eCommerce or digital consulting, particularly within the Shopify ecosystem
