Vice President of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Controller to oversee company-wide accounting integrity and collaboration as it scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Own all core accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and timely financial statements
• Lead revenue recognition and contract accounting, partnering with various functional leaders
• Design and implement internal controls suitable for a high-growth SaaS company

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
• Direct experience with revenue recognition in a subscription-based model
• Deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, especially ASC 606
• Strong understanding of internal controls and audit processes
• Big 4 public accounting background is preferred
