Vice President of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Accounting to lead worldwide accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multi-regional Accounting, Revenue Accounting, Payroll, and Billing/Collections teams
• Drive IPO readiness initiatives including SOX compliance and audit preparedness
• Oversee revenue accounting processes and ensure accuracy in financial reporting and operations

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
• Prior experience at a public company or in IPO preparation strongly preferred
• Deep expertise in revenue accounting for SaaS businesses
• Experience leading accounting in multi-currency and international environments
• Experience with SOX implementation and public company control environments
