Vice President of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Accounting to lead and scale its accounting and financial reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration across Accounting, Project Finance, and Asset Management to create a unified financial operating model
• Design and implement systems to establish an institutional-grade financial infrastructure
• Establish and maintain a disciplined audit and reporting cadence that meets stakeholder expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller role
• Prior experience in infrastructure, renewable energy, manufacturing, or project-based environments preferred
• Hands-on ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, SyteLine, or similar)
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
