Job Summary

To drive strategic growth and client relationships, the full-time salaried Vice President of Accounts will oversee one to two major accounts, lead high-stakes client conversations, and cultivate senior-level connections while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead high-stakes client conversations around strategic pivots, contract renewals, and executive escalations
  • Cultivate cabinet-level relationships to expand agency services beyond marketing into enrollment and advancement
  • Anticipate client concerns and manage account health, ensuring proactive resolutions and satisfaction assessments
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in higher education or agency environments
  • Deep credibility with senior institutional leaders and proven ability to build trust
  • Experience in strategic relationship management leading to revenue growth
  • Strong fluency in enrollment strategy and institutional dynamics
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
