Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Advertising Operations who will lead the AdOps function and optimize video campaigns for political and public affairs agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Ad Operations coordinators and managers
  • Design and implement technology-enabled processes and workflows to support customer needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media partners and ad-tech vendors, integrating proprietary data into AdOps workflows
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in AdOps, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Deep expertise in programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, and the CTV ecosystem
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting and BI tools like Datorama or Tableau
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts with media partners
  • Background in political, public affairs, or advocacy advertising is strongly preferred
