Vice President of Advisor Marketing

Job Summary

Driving the enterprise strategy for advisor marketing, the full-time remote Vice President of Advisor Marketing will lead the transformation of marketing capabilities, enhance the advisor experience, and ensure compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams to support advisor growth and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for Advisor Marketing, aligning capabilities with enterprise growth objectives
• Lead the transformation of advisor marketing by modernizing service models and delivering innovative marketing solutions
• Oversee advertising compliance and multicultural marketing strategies to ensure inclusive and effective marketing practices

Required qualifications

• College degree, advanced degree or MBA in marketing preferred
• 15-20 years of professional marketing, advertising, and/or communications experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute marketing strategies that drive organizational growth
• Experience in navigating complex, regulated environments and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building and strategic thinking
