Job Summary
Driving growth in the Agency Channel, the full-time Vice President of Agency Channel will manage a high-performing team, oversee channel strategy and P&L ownership, and collaborate on product innovation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Take full accountability for the Agency Channel business, focusing on growth and performance
- Manage and develop a team of Territory Managers and Account Managers while collaborating with various partner functions
- Identify and implement innovative strategies to partner with agents and drive top-line growth
Required qualifications:
- Over 10 years of broad insurance experience with a strong understanding of small commercial insurance products
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing leadership roles, including General Management or P&L management
- Strong relationships with national brokers and key agencies
- Demonstrated ability to use data-driven methods for decision-making and analysis
- Experience in product innovation and a passion for transforming the insurance experience through technology
