Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President AI to lead an innovation lab focused on building data solutions in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Greenhouse initiative to build rapid prototypes and foster innovation
• Manage an agile methodology for effective delivery of predictive and generative AI solutions
• Collaborate with external partners to enhance AI capabilities and drive innovation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field; an advanced degree is highly preferable
• At least twelve years of experience in a data-driven, analytical environment
• Project management skills including financial/budget management and resource management
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve goals
• Strong influence management skills to provide insights to senior stakeholders
