Vice President of AI

Job Summary

Vice President of AI is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for defining and executing the AI strategy, integrating AI capabilities into products, and building a high-performing team to enhance customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the company-wide AI strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead the integration of AI features into the product suite and establish a scalable AI platform
• Build and lead a high-performing AI team while fostering collaboration across departments

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in implementing Generative AI and machine learning in software solutions
• Proven leadership experience in scaling AI or data-driven product capabilities
• Strong understanding of modern AI/ML approaches, including large language models
• Experience operating at a senior leadership level with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to influence across Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams
