Vice President of AI

Job Summary

Leading the vision and execution of AI within the Engineering function, the full-time Vice President of AI will establish an AI engineering paradigm, drive state-of-the-art product design, and ensure compliance with global AI regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for AI technologies, architecture, and engineering approaches
• Pioneer the "Dark Factory SDLC" operating model to automate and enhance software development processes
• Collaborate with customers to implement AI products and manage a team of Forward Deployed Engineers for seamless deployment

Required qualifications

• Deep technical expertise in AI/ML capabilities and enterprise AI product design
• Experience with automated, AI-assisted engineering workflows
• Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to communicate complex AI concepts
• Proven track record of leading customer-facing engineering teams and managing product-feedback loops
• Understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks and compliant technical architecture design
