• Drive internal AI adoption, establishing training programs and ensuring teams have access to necessary tools and resources
• Shape market-facing offerings and manage strategic partnerships to enhance AI service delivery and thought leadership

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in building and shipping modern software systems, particularly in AI architectures
• Strong foundation in architecture, systems thinking, and cloud infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale a practice or lead high-performing teams
• Proven experience in operationalizing new working methods across organizations
• Strong client presence with the ability to lead executive conversations and manage expectations
