Vice President of AI Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Architecture & AI Engineering Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and operationalize an AI native development environment across the engineering organization
• Design systems and tooling to increase developer throughput and reduce time-to-production
• Establish architectural standards and serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 15 or more years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or platform development
• 5 or more years in senior technical leadership roles such as VP, SVP, or Chief Architect
• Demonstrated success in defining enterprise architecture in complex SaaS environments
• Experience supporting M&A technical due diligence and post-acquisition integration
