Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AI & ML engineers, data scientists, and analysts
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and initiatives
• Identify AI & ML opportunities and define strategies aligned with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in AI & machine learning techniques and data engineering
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms and MLOps practices
• 10+ years of consultative experience in AI, ML, or data-driven solutions
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in a related field
